This is my FAVORITE dill veggie dip!
my 2 secrets to eating more vegetables:
- Washing and chopping your vegetables as soon as you get them home so they are ready to eat anytime!
- This amazing dill veggie dip!
I might be a little bit weird (or maybe a lot weird) but I will just be real here, I love to chop fresh vegetables and arrange them in neat rows on a nice serving tray. For example, the chopping is therapeutic to me and the arranging makes me feel artsy. Because of this, I volunteer to bring the veggie tray at every holiday party, pot luck, or event with food because I just enjoy making it!
While I like eating vegetables on their own, this dill dip makes me LOVE eating vegetables! In fact, sometimes I will make a bowl of this dip on Sunday and then I have to make another bowl on Wednesday because my husband and I will eat it every day. We both love it that much. In addition to being tasty, it is super easy to make!
